DialerCampaign ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and your rights — including how we handle SMS opt-in.

When you fill out the consultation form on this site, we collect:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Information about your agency (team size, investment intent)
• Whether you opted in to receive SMS messages, and the timestamp of that consent

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Schedule and confirm your consultation call
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders by email
• Send SMS messages only if you explicitly opted in via the checkbox on the registration form
• Follow up about our product and services

3. SMS messaging program

Opt-in

SMS consent is collected only when you check the optional SMS consent checkbox on our registration form at dialercampaign.nheo.ai. The checkbox is separate from any other consent, is not pre-selected, and is not required to use our service or book a consultation.

Message types and frequency

If you opt in, you may receive transactional and promotional SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and product updates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our service.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message we send. After replying STOP you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from our program.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers required to deliver our service:

• Twilio — to send SMS messages (only if you opted in)
• Calendly — to schedule consultation calls
• Email infrastructure providers used to send confirmation emails

These providers act on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes by any party.

5. Data retention

We retain your contact information and consent records for as long as needed to provide our service and to comply with legal requirements (typically up to 4 years after your last interaction). SMS opt-in / opt-out records are retained as long as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@nheo.ai. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
